The Deposit is included in the total cost of the session and is required to be paid
by the date assigned. If the Down Payments isn't paid by the due date, your price can be changed or appointed will be cancelled.
THE DEPOSIT IS NOT AN EXTRA FEE.

ALL PICTURES WILL BE RELEASED ON VIA EMAIL.
ADDITIONAL EDITS CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $10 EACH.
UNEDITED PHOTOS WILL BE RELEASED UPON YOUR REQUEST.
ON LOCATION SESSIONS REQUIRE A $25 TRAVELING FEE.
EVERY SESSION BOOKED WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WITH A DUE DATE.

DETAILS ABOUT SHOOTING WITH DEVONTA PORTRAIT
WE WISH TO RESPECT EVERYONE'S TIME SO THAT WE ALL COULD HAVE A MEMORABLE AND ORGANIZED PHOTOSHOOT.
ALL Photoshoots only have a 10 minute grace period towards you being late. After that time the photographer is able to leave and call the photoshoot a NO-SHOW and your deposit will not be returned. If you pay the full price before the photoshoot and don't arrive within the grace period ONLY 25% of the full payment will be refunded.
If the photoshoot continues over the amount of time booked, there will be a $1 per minute EXTRA FEE. The photographer however has permission to STOP the session or NOT grant extra time if needed.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT DETAILS
THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE that is included in the total cost of the session and is required to be paid by the date assigned by the photographer in order to complete the booking. IF THE DOWN PAYMENT ISN'T PAID BY THE SET DATE, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
The Down Payment is NOT refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified for the booking without informing the client at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit shall be refunded IN FULL to the client. The remainder of the Session Cost MUST BE PAID before any pictures are presented to the client.
STUDIO TIME
WE WISH TO RESPECT EVERYONE'S TIME SO THAT WE ALL COULD HAVE A MEMORABLE AND ORGANIZED PHOTOSHOOT.
YOUR PHOTOSHOOT STARTS AT THE TIME ASSIGNED AND DISCUSSED BY YOU AND THE PHOTOGRAPHER.
TO CHANGE YOUR PHOTOSHOOT TIME OR DATE, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $15.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR PHOTOSHOOT THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS ABLE TO LEAVE
AND NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
EQUIPMENT/ BOOKING RESPONSIBILITIES
ANY EQUIPMENT DAMAGED BY THE CLIENT OR A GUEST AT THE CLIENT'S BOOKING, MUST BE REPLACED OR PAID FOR BY THE CLIENT BEFORE ANY PICTURES FROM THEIR SESSION ARE RELEASED.

PROCESSING OF EDITING AND RECEIVING PORTRAITS
We ask for a time frame of 1-7 Days to be able to edit the pictures to the core.
All portraits that are chosen to be edited by the client will be released on a USB Drive that will be provided by De'Vonta.
